Includes ticket to National 9-11 Memorial Museum and option to go up One World Trade Center to their spectacular observation deck
Be a part of our perennial favorite tour to the
“Big Apple.” We’ll stay in the heart of Manhattan
all three nights in an excellent location at Hotel Edison, where we will be within walking distance
of the Theater District, Times Square, Rockefeller Center and so much more! On our first morning
in New York City, we take a ferry to see the Statue
of Liberty and Ellis Island. Then we stop at Ground Zero to see the National 9-11 Memorial that opened in 2011. In addition, everyone will have admission included to the National 9-11 Memorial Museum
at Ground Zero and the opportunity to choose
between going up the Top of the Rock observation deck after sunset; or going up to the One World Trade Center observation deck in the daytime to see a dramatic view of the New York City skyline from a different location in the highest building in North America! Then we drive through Chinatown, Greenwich Village and Soho on our way back to Hotel Edison where you will have some free time this evening to explore New York City further. On our second morning in New York City, we will meet our local guide for an enlightening tour of northern Manhattan and Harlem with a stop in Central Park. Along the way, we will also see the exterior of the famous Apollo Theater. We will take a fascinating tour of Radio City Music Hall with the opportunity to meet a Rockette and learn what it takes to become one. Those wishing to get a photo with a Rockette can do so on this tour. After some time
to freshen up, we go to included dinner at the popular Buca Di Beppo Italian Restaurant near Times Square and then enjoy included orchestra seats to a premier Broadway musical to be announced in mid-Feb. 2019.
