Andy Warhol once said, “They say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.” As you can see, we are excited to unveil a new
but driven change over the past year. They continue to offer innovative suggestions and ideas as to how we can improve our services and offerings for you. We’ve upgraded the technology platform that our Roadside Assistance team uses – it improves communication to help us get to you faster. We also completed an employee reorganization that allows us to focus more in the areas where you need us most.
The team carried this innovative spirit throughout the pandemic
to find creative ways to meet your needs. You can now get an
insurance quote and policy completely online at any time. You also now have the option to sign up for a monthly payment plan to pay for your AAA membership. We have begun permitting contactless roadside service calls and we now take appointments for insurance, travel, and many other branch services – all designed to make life easier for you.
As you begin to think about traveling again, safety should
be top of mind. Before you take that fall road trip, make sure
to have your child’s car seat checked by one of our certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians at your local branch. While you are there, don’t forget to check out the travel maps and brochures, and get suggestions for your trip. Our travel store also has many new products you can purchase to stay safe while you are away.
