As I sit here writing this from my home office, it has been seven weeks
since we closed our branches and
moved our operation remotely. I am
feeling hopeful that by the time you
are reading this, our branches have reopened and the community is
getting back to the next phase of normal life.
Through it all, our top priorities have been to take care of you, our members, and the ones we count on to take care of you – our team.
I cannot begin to tell you how proud I am of our team and the work they have done to support you and each other during the past few months. From making face masks for our fleet drivers, to creating over 10,000 cards for the Caitlin's Smiles program, to assisting our travel agents trying to take care of travel matters upended by the pandemic – it was nothing short of amazing! The team even quickly

What we have learned from operating during this pandemic will carry us forward to the future. We will come out of this better, stronger, more knowledgeable, and more in tune with your needs. We look forward to seeing your smiling faces as we serve you for your roadside, insurance, and
travel needs.
Through all of this, we have been thankful to have
the support of a very talented and experienced Board of Directors. We wanted to recognize them for their continued encouragement and guidance. Though you may not see their faces every day, they challenge your executive team to always place you at the forefront of every decision made.
