Luxury Living at Sea Aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises
As many of you know, I am an avid world cruiser (with 120+ cruises under my belt) and have had the good fortune of sailing aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises many times. The luxurious all-suite, all-inclusive cruise vacation experience is a very spoiling lifestyle at sea, but did you know that it
is also an excellent value for your travel dollar – especially now?
My husband and I recently combined two of our travel passions; well, actually three. The first was returning to the United Kingdom and touring the idyllic rolling countryside and picture-postcard cobblestone villages. The second was getting back onboard the luxurious Seven Seas Voyager – and third was combining a land and sea vacation at a fantastic savings...and we did it. It is a fact, you can absolutely combine luxury and value.
Our “Tribute to the Kingdom” round-trip London itinerary included air from Philadelphia to Heathrow (beginning this year, transcontinental free airfare is business class – seriously, this is not a joke!); transfers between airport and ship; all of our excursions (we did so much and all different types of touring); complimentary and unlimited beverages including fine wines, premium spirits, sparking and still bottled waters, specialty coffees and teas; all gourmet dining venues (dining al fresco at Sette Mari at La Veranda and taking in the stunning scenery along the way was magical); gratuities; unlimited Wi-Fi – and so much more.
The 10-night sailing included port stops in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin, Liverpool, Cork and Plymouth, plus two glorious and relaxing days at sea. Having been to most of these coastal cities, we opted to take the various English countryside, Scottish Highlands and Wales scenic touring options with professional (and entertaining) local guides giving behind-the-scenes perspectives and personal insights.
The moment you step onboard a Regent
Seven Seas ship you quickly realize that no detail is overlooked. The ships are simply beautiful. Spacious and intimate at the same time. Boasting four elegant ships – Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Voyager, Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Navigator – you will feel the genuine warmth and sophisticated comfort immediately.
Life onboard a Regent cruise begins when you awake in your oh-so-comfortable custom-made Elite Slumber king size bed and open your drapes, step onto your spacious balcony and breathe in the fresh, clean sea air. Shortly your doorbell rings
and your delicious breakfast is brought to you by a lovely and well-trained butler or steward. The rest of the day is yours to do as much or as little as you want. Whether you desire a totally relaxing and indulgent day or an action-packed afternoon excursion, it’s completely up to you.
The award-winning dining, the ambience and amenities, the new world-class entertainment, the off-the-beaten path ports and excursions, and the 24-hours-a-day polite, gracious and professional service are outstanding and oh
so indulgent.

Seven Seas cruise vacation and all 2017/2018 special promotions, talk to your favorite AAA travel agent today. Be sure you compare everything that’s offered and included with a Regent cruise versus another cruise line (luxury and premium) and then you decide. For my money, I’m cruising Regent Seven Seas.
