The beginning of a new year is the perfect time for reflecting on the year gone by and planning
for the year to come. Reviewing finances, making travel plans,
listing things to accomplish, downsizing
or upgrading to a larger home, and the list goes on. Now might be a good time to review your insurance coverage with one of our
total satisfaction in all we do – the cornerstone is roadside service satisfaction when they make that call and need help. Your club has been rated at the top of its class for delivering roadside satisfaction to our members. Member surveys tell us that the same satisfaction applies, whether on a cruise, contacting an agent to process a claim or taking advantage of member discounts that more than cover the cost of membership. We continue to satisfy our members every year, which is exemplified by nearly a 90% renewal rate.
Our ultimate goal for each member is to be totally satisfied with every AAA Central Penn experience, whether it be in our branch offices, on the phone
or online. If you are anything other than totally satisfied – if your wait time was too long, your cruise had a glitch, you were disappointed by the service you received, please let us know. We’ll listen and we promise to make it better – that’s our pledge to
you – you deserve to be totally satisfied – you’re a AAA member!

AAA Central Penn is a great organization with a proud past and a bright future. At this time, our organization needs to celebrate the past, focus on a smooth transition, and work on the building blocks that strengthen AAA Central Penn for our members.
As the interim president and CEO, my role is to facilitate a smooth transition as the new president and CEO comes on board. I will be working with the management team to look at improving the ways we work together, developing some new metrics to help us understand our organization, and creating communication and meeting strategies that will provide opportunities to offer input to generate
changes to improve AAA Central Penn. In other words, my role is to help make some gradual and small improvements in an organization with a proud past and a bright future. It is my pleasure to work with the management and staff of your club to help make AAA Central Penn all it can be and increase the value of the membership card in your wallet.
