“One busy Saturday our car broke down in the middle of
a busy intersection. Flashers on, car was dead. After 15 minutes, panic was setting in and a very pleasant gentleman and his son pulled their vehicle to the side and came to our rescue. They pushed the car out of the flow of traffic. After looking under the hood they couldn’t find the problem. They assured me they would stay with me until the situation was resolved. They even offered me a cold drink. I told him we were AAA members. He said “Well let me introduce myself. I’m Ken Bowen and this is Cory, and I work for AAA
at Harrisburg headquarters. Now don’t worry about a thing. We’ll take care of you...” and they did.
He called AAA and quickly made all the arrangements for towing. Then Ken and Cory waited until Excalibur Towing Service arrived and had our car quickly in place for towing away to the repair business of our choice and we were safely on our way.
