This is the time of year when we begin to reflect on events of the past year. In doing so, it’s very hard for me to believe that I have nearly completed my first year as your chairman.
I have been honored to serve in this position and have enjoyed working
with the board, staff and management of your
club as we continue to
the upcoming holiday season in record numbers.
If you are traveling “over the river and through the woods” to Grandmother's house, or Mimi’s house as my daughter says, be sure to check your vehicle for winter driving. Items you may want to consider checking are battery terminals, antifreeze, get an oil change and check your tires for good tread for ice and snow. Carrying items like ice scrapers, jumper cables, a blanket, snacks and water, traction material and a flashlight with strong batteries is an excellent idea. Have your cell phone fully charged and operational so that if you find yourself in a roadside assistance situation, you can call AAA – 1-800-AAA-Help. We are here for you 24/7–365 days a year, no matter where you are driving. Your AAA membership card in your wallet is a must.

President’s Message
AAA’s 11 offices are participating in the U.S. Marine Reserve’s Toys for Tots Program. The large red and white Toys for Tots boxes will appear in our offices between November 2 and December 5. Please join us in lending a helping hand in bringing hope and joy to our local children in need by donating a new, unwrapped toy.
We take pause at this time of the year to count our many blessings and in doing so are reminded of our thankfulness for you, our members. Thanks for your continued membership. We look forward to continuing to provide the service you expect and deserve throughout the new year.
