On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff, I’d like to thank Frank Frailey for his 38 years of dedication and commitment to AAA Central Penn. Please join me in wishing him the very best in his well-deserved retirement. His loyalty and enthusiasm has had a great deal to do with the fine club AAA Central Penn has become. We wish him well.
The holidays are upon
believe how the year has flown by! Holiday decorations appear earlier than previous years, signaling the start of the season. For me, the holiday season is a time to be thankful for our families and friends as well as our opportunity to help others.
At AAA Central Penn, we are thankful that we can participate daily in people’s lives by giving them peace of mind and safety for themselves and their families. Safety for our members has always been our number one priority. When traveling, whether near or far, please make sure everyone in your vehicle is buckled up so that you arrive safe and sound at your destination. If you are hosting or attending holiday parties, remember drinking and driving don’t mix. As a host, make sure your guests
are not “over-served,” and as a guest, have a designated driver when necessary.
Need a gift for someone who has everything? Most of us have someone on our gift list who falls into that category. A AAA membership for a new member or a renewal for an existing member would provide safety and security for a full year. Be sure
to take advantage of the Discounts and Rewards program your membership provides when doing your holiday shopping and traveling. Go to AAA.com/discounts for a listing of participants.
This Christmas season marks the 15th year that AAA Central Penn’s 11 offices have participated in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. This program has brought hope and joy to children of the area through the generosity of our members. Please join us in lending a hand in bringing happiness to local children in need by donating a new, unwrapped toy at any AAA Central Penn
office beginning Monday, November 6 and ending Friday, December 8.
As we approach the busiest and most beautiful time of the year, the Board of Directors, the staff of your club and I wish you and yours a wonderful holiday season and a peaceful, happy, prosperous, healthy new year.

Frank L. Frailey President/CEO, AAA Central Penn
After a great 38-year journey with the club, I have decided to retire. I began working part time during summer vacations from college preparing TripTiks.
I have had a great opportunity to do a variety of jobs during my career leading to the honor of being your President/CEO for the past five years, and have been privileged to witness the accomplishments your club has made during my time with AAA Central Penn.
It has been an honor and a privilege to be part of the AAA Central Penn team, and I wish the club much success into the future as I begin my next adventure.
