I have had the honor of being the Chair of the Board of Directors for the past several months. Your Board and management teams have been hard
at work ensuring we are providing you the most valuable benefits with your AAA membership. While I have been
a AAA member for many, many years and have frequently traveled with AAA, I continue to find out that there are so

There’s Much to Be Thankful for During This Holiday Season

I am currently sitting aboard the
ms Zuiderdam on this year’s President’s Trip to the Panama Canal. This past week of spending quality time with some of our wonderful AAA members and staring at the beautiful scenery has my cup of gratitude overflowing. As the season of giving and giving thanks is right around the corner, I wanted to take the time to share all that I am grateful for this year.

in our community, the team is engaged in bringing forward new ideas to serve you better. We launched our new and improved website, produced dozens of terrific trips with our nationally recognized partners, and received the Harrisburg Magazine Simply The Best Award for a Travel Agency in 2019.
Most of all, I am thankful for YOU – our loyal members. We exist for our members and judge all that we do by how well it meets your needs. You are the reason we get up excited each day and love what we do. Thank you for making 2019 so memorable.
As I reflect back on 2019, I offer you two challenges. First, AAA Central Penn has been a proud sponsor
of Toys for Tots each holiday season, and this year
is no different. If you’d like to donate a toy to make this holiday season memorable for someone in
our community, you can do so from November 4 - December 6 at each branch. My second challenge is this: openly and proudly reflect on the following question: What are you thankful for this year?
Wishing you a joyful holiday season,
I am thankful that AAA Central Penn is a contributing part of the local community. We launched AAA Cares in June to overwhelming success. We raised over $5,500 to fight hunger in our communities. We also had staff participate in National Night Out events promoting community police camaraderie. This enthusiasm has carried over into our 2020 United Way Campaign as we challenge ourselves to meet and beat our 2019 United Way fundraising goal. The energy and excitement from our employees to support, raise awareness, and provide resources to our communities warms my heart like a piping-hot pumpkin spice latte.
I am thankful for our team and all that we have accomplished. In addition to going above and beyond
