The Convenience of AAA In Our Stores or At Your Fingertips
 Michele Van Epps
Just in time for the gifting season, the AAA Travel Online Store was launched in November. Now, you can shop with ease and the convenience of your home. You can access items like car and travel accessories, luggage, safety and emergency preparedness kits. See some of our favorite gift picks in our Holiday Gift Guide on page 9 and visit AAA.com/OnlineStore to start checking off names on your list!
Speaking of convenience, improvements have been made to our website to make it easier for you to
communicate with us. Members can now utilize the chat feature at AAA.com or text 518-426-1000 to speak with a representative from Membership, Travel, Insurance, Automotive and Marketing, streamlining the process to access up- to-date and correct information.
Our website also allows members to register their accounts, renew online, enroll in automatic renewal, update account information, order travel information, buy gift memberships and more. For gift memberships in other areas, AAA.com/Stop will get you to any AAA club you need.
Don’t forget to download the AAA Mobile App. The app makes it easier
for members to request Emergency Roadside Assistance and track the service driver. It also helps to find discounts, gas stations and other important resources while on the road. You can even download your AAA membership card to your smart wallet.
Of course, we’d love to see you in our stores! Upon reopening to the public, AAA Hudson Valley has done a lot of work to adapt to 2020’s new guidelines and make our services available, efficient and safe for our members. In-store, we have put into place several health and safety procedures including mask usage, increased cleaning and temperature checks for staff. We have made PPE products available for all of our members in both our stores and in our service vehicles. Stop by one of our four Travel Store locations to pick up your AAA Visa Gift Cards with no purchase fee through the end of December (see page 8 for offer details). Plus, curbside pickup is now available.
Have a safe, healthy and happy holiday season!
