Where can you get an E-ZPass Tag?
New York E-ZPass On-the-Go tags are available
at more than 800 locations statewide, including AAA Travel Stores, Thruway service areas, local grocery and convenience stores, NYS DMV offices and other retail and municipal locations. E-ZPass On-the-Go tags are available as a prepackaged tag for $25 and many AAA Travel Stores offer a discount on the tag for members.

Flexible payment options

Customers also can sign up for the E-ZPass “Pay Per Trip” payment plan. This plan is linked to a bank account (not a credit card) and pays all of your E-ZPass tolls incurred once per day. No money is held as a prepaid balance.
Customers can replenish their E-ZPass account or pay a toll bill by credit card, bank account, check, money order or prepaid card.
