Time to Spring Ahead!
Daylight Saving Time
Just a friendly reminder: Daylight Saving Time begins March 8. On that day, 2 a.m. becomes 3 a.m., which means we lose an hour of sleep. Make sure to adjust your sleep cycle so that if you need to go anywhere in the morning, you can be alert. Keeping with the theme, Sleep Awareness Week follows, with World Sleep Day on March 13. Get plenty of rest!
Just around the corner:

• Importance of parental involvement
• Understanding the reasons why teens crash
• Understanding your state’s graduated driver licensing laws
• Identifying what to look for when choosing a vehicle for
your teen
• Importance of parent-teen driving agreement and more!
Free to members, $5 for nonmembers. Pizza and soda will be served. To register, call 518-426-1000, ext. 2441, or email your name, membership number and number of people attending to trafficsafety@aaahv.com.
