Touring Italy with Trafalgar
In April and May of this year, I toured Italy with Trafalgar. The program was very well put together – almost all of the most important historical sites were covered in nine days.
Our guide for this trip of 47 travelers was excellent. Patricia O’Brien should get 5 STARS.
She provided so much information that until today I have to collect and remember details.
Hotels were well selected, all comfortable and clean. The hotel staff service was good, and very attentive to their guests’ comfort.
The motor coach driver was amazing, maneuvering the bus in traffic among small cars. Even though this was not the peak time for touring Italy, there were many tourists, yet Patricia was always well organized and kept us safe!
All dinners were included in the program, and the restaurants were very good. The hosts were going out of their way to receive the group, and the food and drinks were excellent and plentiful.

A Wonderful South Dakota Trip

What a wonderful time we had on our AAA Member Choice Vacation in South Dakota. Some
of the highlights of our trip were Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, The Badlands National Park. We toured the Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary and traveled into the city of Deadwood with a stop at Wall Drug. Many more highlights were enjoyed. Such unforgettable memories. Thank you for giving us a trip of a lifetime.

Married in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of booking our wedding at Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic with travel manager Susan Unangst of AAA. Our wedding experience was simple, enjoyable and exceeded all of our expectations.
From choosing a destination country, a resort, and contacting the wedding coordinator at the resort, AAA and our travel agent were there! Sue was incredible with planning and constantly communicated with all of our guests and with Majestic Elegance.
The Majestic Elegance treated us like royalty. The staff, spa, food, wedding planner, wedding package and excursions were absolutely amazing! Our trip to the Dominican was one of the best trips we have ever taken and our guests have shared that it was the best wedding they have ever attended.
AAA, Susan, the Majestic Elegance Resort and wedding coordinators Alejandra and Flor made our wedding a dream come true! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

A Hawaiian Islands Holiday
Hi Jenn,
I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our Hawaii trip. It was so beautiful – the four of us loved it. Our hotels were great – each in a different way. Embassy Suites in Waikiki did have two bathrooms with the two bedrooms, which made it really convenient. It was neat and clean and in a good location. We enjoyed the beach there, the breakfast
buffet, and two nights of the happy hour with entertainment, free drinks and light snacks. We went on a tour of Pearl Harbor, the cemetery and Honolulu. Another day we rented a car and drove to the north shore around the east side of the island, stopping to see various sites, and ending up at the Cultural Center and Breath of Life show.
We had a big surprise upon arriving at Koloa Landing Kauai. Instead of a two-bedroom, two- bathroom condo, they gave us three bedrooms and three baths in a unit overlooking the beautiful new 400,000-gallon pool. It was a corner unit with a wraparound deck. It was so beautiful. We have never stayed in a place so gorgeous. In Kauai my son took surf lessons, we took a fantastic helicopter ride, toured the Coffee Co. and did a tasting, and explored the Waimea Canyon. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and all three pools at the resort. Also stopped and got some Kauai cookies that you recommended. Yum!
On to Maui... Before we could check into our hotel, we took a ride up the long, winding road to Haleakala Crater. We all loved the beautiful ride and the scenery 10,023 feet up! This condo was nice and right on the beach, as you know. We saw the beautiful sunsets from our own porch! We saw whales way out in the ocean a few times, and then our kids went on a whale watch boat one day while Steve and I took the road to Hana. They saw whales with their babies and really enjoyed it. We didn’t really care for the long ride to Hana. We did see some pretty sites and enjoyed the lava beach, but it was too narrow and crowded. No parking spots where we did want to stop and waterfalls seemed mostly dried up. We enjoyed “your” giri giri on the way back. On my daughter’s birthday we went snorkeling at Molokini Crater on a speed raft. That was neat. The water is so beautifully blue in Hawaii. Maui is the most beautiful place we’ve ever been, and we’ve cruised to a lot of islands.
