created a streamlined and simplified process for you to request roadside assistance online. When you need to request roadside assistance, open your AAA app or go to AAA.com/service. You’ll access a new online request option that lets you quickly share your vehicle issue and location ... then help is on the way!
ONCE THE DRIVER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED
Once your service provider is on their way, you’ll receive the driver’s information and you’ll be able to track their progress
on your smart phone. You’ll also have an accurate “real-time” estimation of your wait time so you know exactly when we’ll arrive.

AAA Northampton County offers
a 4-hour refresher course.
In order to qualify for this course, you must be 55 or older and have taken the 8-hour Roadwise Driver Course with AAA Northampton County within the past three years. AAA Northampton County also will be offering the 8-hour Roadwise Driver Course for those who have not taken the Mature Driver Course in the past three years.
The course is FREE for AAA Northampton County members, $10 for members of another AAA club and
$30 for nonmembers.
