SAVE MONEY ON FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
As stated by Travel Weekly, international travel is on the
rise and rose nearly 20% from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, members spent over $44 million dollars on international transactions. AAA members are encouraged to research how they are going to pay for items when they are traveling internationally before they leave home to ensure they are getting the best value.
AAA wants members to know that their AAA Member Rewards Credit Card is a great option for international purchases along with their everyday purchases. The foreign transaction fee is now 0%* for the AAA Member Rewards Credit Card! You heard that correctly, members using the credit card overseas will no longer have to pay a fee for foreign transactions. All of this is being provided while maintaining $0 annual fee for the card* – which is a tremendous member value considering the benefits in comparison to similar cards that carry an annual fee.
The AAA Member Rewards Credit Card is not only a great card to use locally, but now for your international purchases, too.
