experience using our core service, emergency roadside assistance. It’s what AAA has built its respected reputation on over the past 100 years. After all, we are the nation’s largest provider, have the fastest on-scene times in the industry and the highest customer satisfaction scores. Providing this service in your
us as you would if you had a vehicle breakdown. We’ll dispatch a service truck with a bicycle rack and then
tow you to the destination of your choice (towing miles covered will be the same as your current membership level). We’ll even provide a ride for you in the truck if that’s necessary. To receive bicycle service, your bike
will need to be located in a serviceable area such as a normally traveled roadway or parking lot. Bicycle service is available throughout AAA Northway’s territory, which covers 13 counties in New York State (Schenectady, Saratoga, Montgomery, Fulton, Warren, Washington, Hamilton, Franklin, Essex, Clinton, Broome, Chemung and Tioga). Bicycle service is also available in AAA Hudson Valley territories (Albany, Rensselaer, Greene and Columbia Counties, NY and these areas of Saratoga County, NY: the Villages of Waterford and Stillwater; and the City of Mechanicville).
This new bicycle roadside service demonstrates AAA’s commitment to meeting the changing needs of our members, as the popularity of biking continues to grow across our area and the country.
