New Adventure Travel Company from AAA Puts Focus on the Journey
Specializing in adventure travel, Club Adventures appeals to a new generation of travelers in search of intimate, culturally immersive itineraries.
AAA has responded to the burgeoning demand of the new generation of travelers by launching a new adventure travel group called Club Adventures. It has coordinated with community leaders in worldly destinations to
craft exciting escapes that
immerse travelers in the
surrounding culture. On a
Club Adventures vacation,
you can choose to explore
the history of ancient
civilizations in Peru by foot
or bike, taste the many
flavors of Tuscan living, soak
up the colors of Costa Rica
via zip line, trek the East
African plains, do yoga in
Bali and more.
Though millennials drive this new trend in travel, AAA understands that it's not just 20-somethings with a nose for novelty that seek the many wonders
of wanderlust. That's why they've created packages that aim to please people of all ages and physical capabilities.
Club Adventures is an open invitation to all who dare to answer the call to adventure, whether it be
a whispering wind or a roaring river. The goal is
to go beyond traditional tourism, offering members the chance to see with the eyes of a local. Ordinary
vacations often are too short or too shallow to really get to know a place or its people. These eight- to 14-day trips are designed to provide a true taste
of culture, from the authentic flavors of boutique restaurants to the delightful discovery of rare sites.
The maximum group size is 16 people, which makes for a more intimate experience and allows
friendships to flourish. Inside experts also help members forge genuine connections with the greater community. Want to travel solo? Club Adventures will pair you with a roommate of the same gender, so you have more freedom to roam at no extra charge. You also can pay to reserve a room all to yourself. Have 10 or more friends traveling? Pick a date and book a private trip.
Club Adventures is an
open book, but the story is yours to write. The programs are powered by the idea
that travel is not about the moments spent moving, but the moments that move us. AAA travel specialists have put in the work to ensure your travel program provides the best opportunities available, but the itineraries are specifically created to leave space for spontaneity. The company's motto is a testament to its spirit: “What's the best that can happen?”
For AAA, adventure travel was a natural next step.

for more than a century and are now welcoming a new generation to an increasingly interconnected globe. AAA's trusted reputation combined with an international network of guides has produced trips that are unique and safe. Life happens and plans can change. That's why your deposit goes with you if you need to switch dates. The team will help you to schedule plane reservations, extend your trip and even bundle travel packages if you want. And to make sure travelers feel even more protected, Club Adventures offers extensive travel insurance and 24/7 customer support.
Whether you're a foodie, an art connoisseur or a wildlife lover, there's an adventure waiting for you. Follow uncommon routes and secret shortcuts through lands unseen by the typical traveler. You’ll come away with more than a mere Facebook photo album — a bigger picture of the world. In the words of Mark Twain, “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness.”Travel makes us all locals, and these adventures aim to turn international strangers into neighbors.
