AAA NORTHWAY ANNUAL MEETING
The annual meeting of AAA Northway Inc. and election of directors will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at the Hampton Inn, 450 State St., Schenectady, New York, at 11 a.m. You are invited to be present and cast your vote on the election for the following persons for a three (3) year term who have been duly nominated in accordance with the bylaws of the Club:
Scott Perkins; Kent Smith; Richard Jacobs; John Martin
If you do not plan to attend the meeting, please sign and return the proxy form (below) before Friday, April 17, 2020, so your vote may be properly recorded.

I (please print) ______________________________________, a non-director member of AAA Northway, do hereby nominate and appoint Higgins, Roberts & Suprunowicz my true and lawful attorneys, with power of substitution for me in my name, to vote as my proxy at any and all annual and/ or special meetings of members of AAA Northway, Inc., which shall be held prior to April, 2021, and
at any and all adjournments thereof, upon any and all matters that the member non-director class is entitled to vote on which may be presented, considered and voted upon at said meetings, including the election of director(s), as fully and with like effect as I might or could have done if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney may do in my name, place and stead.
Any proxy or proxies previously given by me to any person or persons are hereby revoked. I reserve
the right to revoke this proxy at any time by a signed, notarized document revoking the same which is delivered to the President or Secretary of AAA Northway, Inc. This proxy shall remain in effect during the term specified, unless or until it is revoked pursuant to the foregoing.
