AAA NORTHWAY ANNUAL MEETING
The annual meeting of AAA Northway Inc. and election of directors will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 11 a.m. via teleconference. AAA members wishing to participate, please contact our office at 518-374-4575. Press option 6 for additional information on how to participate in the teleconference. You are invited to cast your vote on the election for the following persons for a three (3) year term who have been duly nominated in accordance with the bylaws of the Club:

Any proxy or proxies previously given by me to any person or persons are hereby revoked. I reserve the right to revoke this proxy at any time by a signed, notarized document revoking the same which is delivered to the President or Secretary of AAA Northway Inc.
