can relax on the
sandy beach, poolside or even rent a cabana over the water for the day. Lunch and beverages on the island are included, just as if you were on the ship. A tram will pick you up at the dock and circles the island so that you can stop at your desired location or you can take the short walk from the ship.
The health and safety protocols of the guests start at the cruise terminal during embarkation. Before boarding the ship there are temperature checks, masks need to be worn and your downloaded negative COVID test is reviewed. Onboard the ship the protocols continue. The crew is constantly sanitizing public areas and there are hand-sanitizer

We recently had the pleasure of attending the inaugural sailing of the Royal Caribbean Odyssey of the Seas®. This is the first Ultra
Quantum-class ship that holds more than 5,500 guests and more than 1,500 crew, it is the ultimate floating family adventure. This inaugural sailing stopped at the reimagined port of Perfect Day
at Coco Cay, which is visited exclusively by Royal Caribbean ships.
Odyssey of the Seas® has such a variety of activities onboard and, because of the health and safety protocols that Royal Caribbean has put in place,
all activities are available to guests. There are
many dining choices to choose from on this ship. Everything from a sit-down specialty restaurant to grabbing a slice of pizza. You will never get bored at sea, as you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the spa or go skydiving in the RipCord by iFLY on the back of the ship. You can enjoy live entertainment in the

dispensers and hand-washing stations throughout the ship, including, but not limited to, entering
and exiting the main dining room. A nice change is that the Windjammer Buffet is now full service by the crew. As health and safety protocols are ever- changing, it was nice to see that Royal Caribbean has it as a top priority.
Cruising is a wonderful way to see many destinations on one vacation. One of the benefits is unpacking once in your new home away from home.
