From time to time, you may receive information or offers for value added membership benefits, which are exclusive to AAA members and offered by AAA and its partners. All partners meet our high quality standards and have committed to respecting your privacy as a AAA member. However, we understand that you may prefer not to learn more about these valuable offers or to receive these savings opportunities. If you no longer wish to receive these communications over the next year, fill out the request form below and return it to the address provided on the form, or visit the privacy section of our website at AAA.com. By excluding the primary member from these offers, all associate members also will be excluded. It is AAA’s policy not to sell or release our members’ names outside of the AAA family of business partners. Please rest assured that your privacy is paramount to AAA.

When membership benefits are misused, paying members might be inconvenienced with longer wait times. Delivering a high- quality member experience is of the utmost importance. The requirement of checking membership credentials and photo IDs at the roadside helps protect the member and the value of their AAA membership.
AAA membership benefits are exclusive
to the member whose name is on the membership card and do not extend to family or friends. If you have immediate family members who you'd like to cover under AAA, they may be added to your membership. A spouse, domestic partner or dependent child of you, the primary member, residing at the same residence, can be added as associate members at discounted membership dues rates and will receive the same benefits as the primary member. If you have other family or friends you believe would benefit from having AAA, contact your local AAA office or visit AAA. com to purchase them a membership.
So remember, the next time you request roadside assistance whether through the AAA mobile app or by calling 800-AAA-HELP (800-222- 4357), your roadside technician will ask to see your membership card and ID upon arrival to protect you and your membership.
