There’s never a convenient time to have car trouble. You’ve always got somewhere you need to be – or at the very least, somewhere you’d rather be. AAA invested in technology that will simplify how you request roadside assistance, keeping you better connected to help as it comes to your rescue to get you back on your way.
WHEN YOU HAVE A BREAKDOWN
Using feedback from members, AAA created a streamlined and simplified process for you to request roadside assistance online. When you need to request roadside assistance, open your AAA app or go to AAA.com/service. You’ll access a new online request option that lets you quickly share your vehicle issue and location ... then help is on the way!
ONCE THE DRIVER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED
Once your service provider is on their way, you’ll receive the driver’s information and you’ll be able to track their progress on your smart phone. You’ll also have an accurate “real-time” estimation of your wait time so you know exactly when we’ll arrive.
