App or go to AAA.com/service. You’ll access a new online request option that lets you quickly share your vehicle issue and location ... then help is on the way!
ONCE THE DRIVER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED
Once your service provider is on their way, you’ll receive the driver’s information and you’ll be able to track their progress on your smart phone. You’ll also have an accurate “real-time” estimation of your wait time so you know exactly when we’ll arrive.
