Meet the AAA Akron Member Service Counselors
DOWNTOWN MEMBER SERVICE COUNSELORS
Craig Jerin
Craig has worked
as a Member Service
Counselor at the
Downtown Akron
Branch for the past
four years. He enjoys
helping members
plan their family drive
vacations and is skilled
at making recommendations to help enhance their stay. Craig also is experienced in making hotel reservations and is an excellent resource for members planning a trip.
Ashley Owens
Ashley specializes
in domestic travel.
A frequent traveler
herself, Ashley has
visited 27 of the 50
states! Not only is it
her goal to visit all 50
states but to visit all 30
Major League Baseball
stadiums as well. Ashley is a certified Marriott, Best Western and Universal specialist. Her favorite cities she’s traveled to are New Orleans, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles.
Mick Hurray
Mick was born
and raised in Akron.
He grew up in the
Firestone Park
neighborhood and
currently resides in
Highland Square with
his wife, Anne, and
their dog Salty. He first
joined the AAA team in 2002. Mick enjoys traveling and playing music with his band The Mickeys.
Gladys Taylor
Gladys lives in
the Akron area. She
graduated from
Barberton High School
in 1965 and went on
to have a career with
Northwest Airlines as a
ticket agent at Cleveland
Hopkins International
Airport for 341⁄2 years. After retiring from the airline, she began her career with AAA working at the Hudson office and then transferred to Fairlawn office. She also worked at the Cuyahoga Falls office until it closed. She is now back at
the Fairlawn office waiting for you to stop in
and say hello!

Heather Davis
Heather lives in
Barberton with her
husband, daughter, three
cats and a dog. Her love
of all things travel started
at a young age when
her grandmother would
take her to Akron-Canton
Airport to watch the
planes take off and land from the observation deck. After graduation in 1989, she went to travel school and started as a travel agent in 1990. Heather has been with AAA since 1993. She loves helping people enjoy their vacations in any way she can. Her favorite places to visit include
Walt Disney World; Gatlinburg, Tennessee; and New Orleans, Louisiana.
Jessica Stuecher
Jessica has been a
AAA employee only a
short time but enjoys
her job. Interaction with
the members is her
favorite part of the job
but also likes TripTiks
because they are an
excellent way for her to
learn routes. Before AAA, she was in banking and customer service. She spends her time outside of work with her son, husband and two huskies. She enjoys her weekends at Cedar Point with her family. She is excited for future travels to see her brother play football with the Atlanta Falcons.
