Deb Williams
As a Member Services Counselor, Deb’s goal is to help each member maximize the benefits of an AAA membership – AAA is so much more than road service and TripTiks. There are discounts and benefits in financial products, travel, insurance, dining, shopping, cell phone, fuel (with Shell) and much more. Ask her how AAA can save time, money and make your life easier! We are here to help you in all manner of travel and more. Charlene Turkovich
Charlene has worked as a Member Service Travel Counselor for 20 years with AAA in New Philadelphia and Hudson, Ohio. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new places; this is helpful when assisting our members with their travel plans Charlene’s areas of travel are domestic, including but not limited to our national parks, Walt Disney World, Universal Parks and car rentals. Charlene also can help you with AAA Membership, Member Pay Visa Debit Cards, Visa Gift Cards, Foreign Currency, International Driving Permits, park tickets, movie tickets and, of course, our AAA Visa® Credit Card.
Tom Burns
Tom was born in Cleveland and graduated from John Carroll University. He served on active duty as a first lieutenant with the U.S. Army. He retired after 34 years with the federal government and has worked part time for more than
20 years with AAA Akron’s Hudson Office as a Member Service Counselor. Tom enjoys providing members with road travel information, including TripTiks.
He has been married to his wife, Kay, for 52 years. They have six children.
Katie Reed
Katie is the newest Member Services Counselor at the AAA Hudson office. She grew up taking yearly summer vacations with family and now in this position, she says her travel bucket
list has grown with all the places
she wants to visit with her daughter. Katie enjoys helping members map out their road trips with TripTiks and hearing about trips when members return home and are excited to start planning their next adventure. Katie looks forward to growing within this position and company to help better serve our members.
