This very popular tour includes a carriage ride around Mackinac Island, with stops at Surrey Hill and Arch Rock. We ride by Fort Mackinac, which you can explore later on your own if you so desire. Lunch is included at the famous Grand Hotel. There’s time for shopping and exploring this spectacular island. Travel to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and visit the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, featuring a memorial to the Edmund Fitzgerald including the ship’s bell, and see the picturesque Whitefish Point Light Station, the oldest operating lighthouse on Lake Superior. Travel to Tahquamenon Falls State Park to see a beautiful waterfall, with included dinner afterward. Enjoy a cruise through the Sault Sainte Marie Locks. Visit the Music House Museum to view an extensive collection of rare automated musical instruments that play memorable melodies. Stay one day at Thunder Bay Resort near Hillman, Michigan, where we will take a beautiful carriage
