“Last night was the first time I ever used AAA. I was highly impressed. I was an employee for AAA and, at the time, provided members with peace of mind and service, but being on the other side feeling desperate, frantic and just stressed because my car wouldn’t start is not the greatest feeling. It wasn’t as simple as jumping my car and going on my way again. It would not start and stay on. I was beyond upset.
I called AAA and the first person I spoke to was so sincere and caring. She asked a couple of questions and then informed me that she would call dispatch and they would call me with a time frame for arrival.
About five minutes later, Tracy from dispatch called to inform me that Justin from Glenn’s towing would be there by a certain time. She was again very sincere and made sure I was okay
and if I needed anything. About five minutes later, Justin called to inform me he was about a minute away and asked again where I was parked. We were with Justin for about five minutes. He took care of everything and reassured us that the car was in good hands and would be taken to an auto center of our choice (which was AAA approved). This whole process took about
15 minutes. THAT IS AWESOME! I just wanted to give a huge shout out and thank you to AAA as a company for doing awesome work (like always) and to the three employees who helped me and made my night a lot better!”

The Presentation Covers: State requirements for obtaining a permit & driver’s license, Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) Components, Parent’s role & responsibility, Statistics on teen driving, Sample parent-teen agreement, Practical steps on teaching teens to drive.
