My Disney Experience App
Tip: While we recommend making your FP+ reservations as soon as your booking window opens, if you’re not satisfied, you’re in luck. Just like you, other people might change their plans and free
up space for your party. You’d be surprised what attractions become available each day!
MagicBands
Accessible through the mobile app and web, My Disney Experience keeps all your vacation info together. Once you create your profile, you can link your park admission and hotel reservations. You also can book and manage your FastPass+ and dining reservations. Upon arrival in Disney World, you will be able to use the app to check queue lengths for popular attractions, get park hours and see times for shows, parades and fireworks. Navigating your way around is easier with the ability to pull up
the resort map. Have a unique souvenir you want to purchase, but you don’t know where it’s sold? You can use My Disney Experience to locate it.
Tip: Connect your profile to your friends and family in your vacation party. This allows you to book things for each other and gives everyone access to their own plans.
FastPass+
Gone are the days of just using a paper ticket or plastic card. This colorful (and waterproof) accessory can be worn around your wrist and gets linked to your My Disney Experience profile. MagicBands can be used to unlock your hotel room, enter theme and water parks, check-in for the Magical Express, FastPass+ and dining reservations, store your PhotoPass pictures and charge meals and merchandise to your room. If you are staying in a Disney Resort hotel, you will get a MagicBand in the mail before your trip. Otherwise, MagicBands are available for purchase at ShopDisney.com, the Orlando International Airport and several merchandise locations across Walt Disney World Resort.
Tip: MagicBands wristbands are interchangeable. You can link as many as you want to your My Disney Experience profile and change them to match each outfit or park theme.
Who wants to stand in long lines all day? The FastPass+ (FP+) system gets you into an express queue so that you can spend less time waiting and more time having fun. Once a paper ticketed system, this is now done entirely through My Disney Experience. With FP+, you can select three must-do attractions per day ahead of time. With the purchase of valid park admission, guests can book 30 days in advance. Are you staying at a Disney Resort hotel? Even better, you can book your passes 60 days out. If your plans change, you can modify your choices any time using My Disney Experience, with help from your hotel concierge, or at a FP+ kiosk in one of the four theme parks.
Disney Dining Plan
If you’re looking to get the most bang for your buck on your vacation, consider one of several Dining Plans. These are prepaid meal plans with credits to use toward quick-service food and beverage, table-service dining
