Approved Auto Repair
AAA’s Approved Auto Repair facilities in the AAA program have been certified by AAA to meet stringent quality standards in training, equipment and customer service. AAA members receive priority service, including a 60 minute triage, when towed to an AAR facility. Members also receive a minimum 24-month/24,000 mile warranty, guaranteed written estimates, AAA-mediated dispute resolution plus, on request, a free 24-point safety inspection with any paid repair. All AAR facilities offer a minimum of 10% off labor costs with a $50 maximum discount. Some shops offer greater discounts.
