Road Service Guidelines
Should you need road service this winter, make sure your vehicle is accessible and cleared of snow and ice. If it is plowed in or in an area where the service truck cannot get the car out without damaging it or the service truck, it will not be serviced until and if the situation changes. It is your responsibility to make sure your car is accessible, not that of a service driver. Members must be present with the vehicle when calling for road service, and when service arrives, with a membership card and photo ID.
