Statistically, someone in the United States is in need of blood every two seconds and there is no substitute. Be a hero and help save up to three lives. Join the AAA Hudson Valley staff at our blood drive for the Red Cross this fall. The drive will be held Wednesday, Oct. 28, from noon to 6 p.m. at our Albany Office.
