My wife and I have been customers of AAA for many years. Two and half years ago we booked a trip through Rosemary Brewer to Alaska. Our original trip was to fly from Newark, NJ to San Diego, CA. In California we stayed at two different hotels and needed a rental car. From San Diego, CA we planned to fly to Fairbanks, AK and start an eight-day tour. Unfortunately, COVID hit and the tour was postponed
a year. When the time came to reschedule this trip, so much had changed due to COVID. Airlines didn’t offer the same flights and we had credit to be used by two different airlines. I was emailing and calling Rosemary constantly to reschedule this trip. She spent so much time making sure every detail was exactly what we wanted. She worked with us to ensure that we received the travel credit we were due and that
we didn’t lose the credit we had earned. We ended up making two trips instead of one this past year, which Rosemary handled expertly. My wife and I have been beyond pleased with the service that Rosemary has provided us and will continue to be customers of
AAA for many more years.

and Jordan, beautifully
coordinated by AAA’s
Michelle Colandrea. Michelle worked through Colette Travel, an outfit I’d never heard of, and between the two of them, they orchestrated a seamless tour that hit all the right places, flights, budget, guides, accommodations, COVID testing as needed once the trip was underway. . .everything. (Well, not totally seamless: my flight out was delayed for five hours before being cancelled. But Colette was there for me, even at 1:00 a.m., rebooking flights, arranging ground transport for my late arrival in Cairo, etc. And who doesn’t want to spend the first night of their vacation in a free hotel in downtown Newark?)
The trip itself was wonderful; I always felt safe, entertained, fascinated. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again through Michelle and AAA. So get your passport, get vaccinated, get tested. . .and go!
