GET DIGITAL ACCESS TO AAA SERVICES WHILE ON THE ROAD

AAA Schuylkill County continues to move forward with providing members new, convenient ways to access their AAA membership benefits.
This year, AAA launched digital TourBooks. Members
no longer need to carry heavy books around while traveling because the information can be easily accessed through their
choose to have text updates sent while you wait for the technician to stay up-to-date on their request status. Once you submit your request, AAA will dispatch a service technician to your location. Through the same site, AAA.com/service, you can track the technician’s location and see their estimated time of arrival.
Of course, staff remains available if you prefer to call for your roadside assistance needs.
Over the past year, many AAA members have downloaded the free AAA app, which is loaded with various features, including access to your digital AAA membership card, ability to request roadside assistance, obtain an instant car battery quote, find the lowest gas prices near you, find nearby member discounts, find a local AAA office, create personalized TripTiks, search and book hotels, flights, car rentals, and more. Since most people never leave home without their phone, the
AAA app can be with you on your journeys from home.

AAA members can now request roadside assistance by going to AAA.com/service. This website allows members to submit their requests for roadside assistance immediately. Once you arrive at the site, simply enter your name and zip code and then answer four questions: What issue your vehicle is having (battery, flat tire, etc.), where you are located, what type of vehicle you have, and how you would prefer the technician to contact you (phone or text).
