a wonderful motor coach tour this fall, along the
way taking in the beautiful scenery of the season.
After a night’s
stay in Charlotte, North Carolina,
we depart for Savannah, where you can spend the afternoon strolling through the historic riverfront area. In the evening, enjoy a scenic cruise on the Savannah River.
Savannah’s historic district. This tour offers hop-on and hop-off privileges, which will allow you an opportunity to see the city throughout the afternoon, and enjoy an evening performance at The Historic Savannah Theatre.
Cosmopolitan and laid-
back, Savannah manages to
gracefully blend trendy downtown boutiques and microbreweries with a backdrop of centuries-old architecture. Its many neighborhood garden squares, with their shady oak trees, flowers and fountains, make walking city streets an absolute pleasure.
In fact, there are more than 22 historic squares in which to explore museums, churches, mansions and monuments. Our tour features complimentary tickets to the Owens-Thomas House, considered one of the finest examples of English Regency architecture in America; as well as the Telfair Museum, the first public art museum in the Southern United States.
The following day, we embark on a journey to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Here you will have time to experience entertainment, shopping and dining at your leisure. Pigeon Forge boasts more than 300 stores, boutiques and outlets, so you are bound
to find the perfect souvenir or gift. In the evening, we have included dinner and an award-winning performance of “Country Tonite,” voted the best show in the Smokies.

Show Time in Branson, Missouri
It’s always show time in Branson, Missouri. Year round, visitors to this lively city will find toe- tapping, sensational entertainment suitable for the whole family. In fact, this city plays host to more than 100 shows, with many legendary headliners, including Paul Anka, The Letterman, Loretta Lynn and Neil Sedaka. Join AAA Shelby County as we embark on a motor coach tour to Branson this November.
Dinner shows are big in Branson. Aboard the Showboat Branson Belle, an authentic 1880s-style paddle-wheeler, enjoy live entertainment and a
hearty meal in one of the Ozark’s most picturesque settings, overlooking Table Rock Lake. Views of
the lake, surrounded by the Ozarks’ hills, can be enjoyed from three upper decks, with a magnificent 360-degreee view from the top level.
Later in the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to see one of the most popular shows of the season – “Andy Williams Christmas Extravaganza” – which pays tribute to Andy Williams, affectionately known as Mr. Christmas. Once a television staple, the heart and soul of the show continues in the hands of
the 5th Dimension, The Osmond Brothers and The
Lennon Sisters. Gorgeous costumes, exceptional entertainers and festive holiday sets make this musical event a showstopper.
The following two days in Branson will still be packed with entertainment. At Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Theater, take in the “Brett Family Show,” a dynamic performance given by the five Brett family members that is filled with music, video, dance and comedy. In the evening, enjoy a performance of the “Hughes Brothers Christmas
Show,” which has
become a holiday
favorite for many.
Featuring not
only the popular
Hughes boys, but
their enormous
extended family
of children and
spouses, as well as
a live band, this performance brightens the spirit of the season with singing, dancing and holiday humor.
One of the highlights the following day will
be the limited engagement showing of “Daniel O’Donnell.” This performer has had many hits
on the UK charts and has long been considered Ireland’s most popular singer. That evening, be entertained at “Presleys’ Country Jubilee,” a country gospel show featuring the popular Presley family, a troupe of local musical legends who have performed in the Ozarks for four generations.
On our way to Springfield, Missouri the following day, we’ll take a tram ride through Fantastic Caverns, America’s only ride-through cave, and stop for a wonderful tour and tasting at Russell Stover Outlet in Lebanon, Missouri.
