      WASHINGTON, D.C.
Thursday, Sept. 10 – Sunday, Sept. 13, 2020
For those who have not been to Washington,
D.C., in a while, this is the tour for you to consider. Celebrate our grand nation by going on this magnificent trip to Washington, D.C. Enjoy a spectacular dinner cruise on the Potomac River
sailing by beautiful monuments and other historic landmarks all impressively lit at night. We will cruise on the Odyssey, a deluxe sightseeing vessel. We visit the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial and we will
see other memorable monuments, including the
Air Force Memorial in Arlington, Virginia, and the
Iwo Jima War Memorial. We also will visit the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial and take a very scenic walk around the Tidal Basin at the most spectacular time of day, just before sunset, to see the George Mason National Memorial and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial. The included Arlington National Cemetery tour features stops at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, where you can watch the Changing of the Guard and visit the Kennedy gravesites. There’s time to explore the National Mall on your own and visit the Smithsonian museums of your choice as well as the Holocaust Museum and the National Archives. This tour also makes stops at the following monuments: Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Women’s Vietnam Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, Albert Einstein Memorial, Washington Monument and World War
II Memorial. We will have an included dinner one evening at a popular restaurant in Washington, D.C.
– the Old Ebbitt Grill. We’ll stop at the White House
for exterior photographs and also at the U.S. Capitol, where we walk around to the other side, taking exterior photos along the way, en route to visiting the
U.S. Supreme Court and the Library of Congress. A behind-the-scenes tour of the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts will be another highlight of this trip. We also will tour Washington National Cathedral and visit the National Air and Space Museum Annex adjacent to Dulles Airport in Chantilly, Virginia. Five meals are included (3 breakfasts and 2 dinners). This will be a tour to remember and staying at a new hotel in National Harbor, Maryland, A deposit of $100 per person is required to reserve your space.

FLIGHT 93 NATIONAL MEMORIAL
Shanksville, Pennsylvania Sunday, Sept. 20, 2020
Nineteen years after the tragedy of 9/11, much has changed around the Flight 93 National Memorial near Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Be a part of this in-depth tour and see the visitor center at the Flight 93 National Memorial, which opened three years ago. See the
new Tower of Voices Flight 93 wind chime tower, which was scheduled to be completed this spring. View the memorial at the crash site. This tour also visits the Flight 93 Memorial Chapel which features many items only to be seen there including the United Airlines Flight 93 Memorial, a carved steel beam from one of the Twin Towers at Ground Zero, and several inspiring items brought by family members over the years to honor their loved ones on that flight. Lunch is included at the Oakhurst Tearoom near Somerset.

FALL FOLIAGE TOUR – OLD ROAD DINNER TRAIN
Blissfield, Michigan Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020
We travel via deluxe motor coach in the morning to quaint Blissfield, Michigan, to ride the Old Road Dinner Train. Enjoy a murder mystery for exciting entertainment, along with a wonderful fine-dining experience (three-course lunch is included) aboard this moving, historic train. Afterward, we travel a short distance to Dundee, Michigan, to visit Swan Creek Candle Outlet featuring more than 5,000 square feet of candles, antiques and glassware
in three restored historic buildings. Our early Christmas spirit is kindled with a stop at Silver
Bells Store in Dundee, an exquisite Victorian house featuring many unique Christmas items and gifts for that special someone who is a challenge to
buy for with discriminating tastes. Afterward, we will visit other attractions in Dundee, Michigan, including the St. Julian Wine Tasting Room. You will have time to enjoy complimentary wine samples and peruse its gift shop with a selection
of 57 different wines. Directly across its parking lot is the Russell Stover Candy Store. It features
a candy kitchen with homemade specialties, cookies, brittle and caramel apples, an ice cream parlor and a full section of Russell Stover boxed candies and chocolates. Our final stop is at Cabela’s outfitter store.
