shop with the finest technicians we can

Mount Bethel Towing was originated
in April 2005 with the purchase of a
single truck and a thought from owner
Terry Fuhrer and his wife Mary Lou as
to whether this was a business they
wanted to pursue for years to come.
Well, the business took off! And,
just two years after being in business
Mount Bethel Towing contracted with
AAA Northampton County to pro-
vide exceptional customer service to
AAA members experiencing vehicle
breakdowns in the Mount Bethel area.
Their fleet currently consists of aWheel
Lift vehicle and a Rollback vehicle. Both
offer full-service options depending on
the service needs of the AAA member.
Owner Terry Fuhrer and his wife
Mary Lou, both native Pennsylvanians
(born and raised in Erie, Penn.), were
so glad to move back to Pennsylvania
after living in New Jersey for 20 years
where Terry worked as a site manager
for Waste Management. Mary Lou
stated “moving back to Pennsylvania
was the best move we ever made.”

trucks, and his wife Mary Lou answers
the phones; together they work as a
team to create the successful business
known as Mount Bethel Towing.
Terry and Mary Lou have two
children, Ron and Lynn, and currently
have three grandchildren – Joe, Jake
and Jack.
