The newly renovated Crayola Experience is
gearing up for a busy summer season with a full
slate of exciting attractions, events and activities
for Lehigh Valley families.
“The Crayola Experience is back – bigger and
better than ever,” said Vicky Lozano, vice president
of corporate strategy and development for Crayola.
“Nearly two dozen new attractions and hands-on
experiences allow children to discover the magic of
color in a whole new way through chemistry and
technology.”
The Crayola Experience closed President’s Day
weekend, beginning major renovations for the
creation of a truly interactive facility. During
construction, the Crayola Store was relocated to
the first floor of the Crayola Experience building,
and a new Café Crayola was built to provide
colorful snacks for hungry visitors.
Expanded to four full floors of family fun, the new
Crayola Experience invites kids to make their own
custom markers, star in their own coloring pages,
mold souvenirs of melted wax, create and animate
their drawings, bounce around the Crayola
Playground, and much, much more.
“Crayola is synonymous with childhood. Our
products are all about enabling children to discover
the power of their imagination and to unleash their
creativity,” Lozano said. “It was important for us to
create a space that celebrates children’s creative
spirit by offering families a chance to experience
the magic of Crayola in a larger-than-life format.”
The Crayola Experience officially reopens
Memorial Day weekend with a celebration
honoring the 110th anniversary of Crayola’s very
