Notice of Special Meeting of Members of
AAA, Northampton County
This is to give notice of a special meeting of the members of AAA,
Northampton County, for the purpose of considering changes in the
By-Laws of AAA, Northampton County. A copy of the proposed changes
in the By-Laws can be obtained by contacting Steven Lindemann,
President. The meeting will be held on September 30, 2013 at 8:30 a.m.
at the office of AAA Northampton County, located at 3914 Hecktown Rd.,
Lower Nazareth Township, Northampton County, PA.
Dues Increase
The Board of Directors and management of AAA Northampton County
work hard to provide optimal service at the lowest possible cost. And
while operational costs of the Club have been rising – especially
Emergency Road Service costs – productivity and efficiency have
been as well, allowing us to postpone increasing dues until now.
Hence, the Board of Directors voted that, effective September 1, 2013,
all memberships expiring on or after that date will be priced as follows:
Basic Associate (up $2.00)....... $32.00
The solitary exception to this dues increase will be memberships that
exceed 50 years’ duration.
